Repositioning
The drone is designed to work over large areas with marinas, in archipelagos and fjord environments. Moving between working locations with minimum effort for the drone and operator is an important successfactor.
This video contain a short clip from one of our field tests in Norway, with the objective to assess manouverability and precision, compass and GPS accuracy and communication reliability.
Circling Pattern
When the drone reaches the area where work shall take place, the operation is more about fine manouvering in the proximity of the leisure boat and getting a view of the status of the biofouling on the hull and stern drive.

Passing Obstacles
In marinas and harbours there can be a lot of obstacles. Making the drone get to all parts of the boat to be cleaned often means passing narrow spaces, ropes and other debris in the water.
This video contain a couple of examples of the type of narrow spaces and obstacles the drone meets in the marina environment.
